About the Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in driving pupil progress and creating a positive learning environment. Working closely with teachers, you will:

• Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation
• Lead interventions for pupils with additional needs
• Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Track pupil progress and provide feedback
• Support emotional and pastoral development
