Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons that engage and motivate students
• Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups inside and outside the classroom
• Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Support pupils’ pastoral and emotional needs
• Help prepare teaching resources and monitor student progress
• Deliver specific interventions for children with additional needs
