The school is looking to appoint a skilled and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with teachers, you will support lesson delivery, lead small group work, and help create a stimulating and inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Lead interventions and provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
• Monitor and record pupil progress to support assessment and planning
• Build strong communication with staff, parents, and carers
