The school is now seeking an experienced and motivated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their committed team.

Role Overview

As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with class teachers, you will help deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to pupils, and contribute to creating an inspiring environment where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons
• Provide focused support to pupils one-to-one and in small groups
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Prepare resources and assist with tracking and monitoring pupil progress
• Deliver targeted interventions for children with additional needs
• Maintain clear communication with teachers, parents, and carers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
