This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting pupils across the primary age range and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
• Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
• Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND where required
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident supporting children of varying abilities
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
