We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from March.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful contribution to pupils' learning. As an HLTA, you will collaborate closely with class teachers across a range of subjects, contributing to lesson planning, delivering engaging learning activities, and providing personalised support to individuals and small groups. You will also play a key role in creating a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering lessons that inspire engagement and progress
• Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups, both in and out of the classroom
• Contribute to effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils’ pastoral and emotional well-being
• Prepare resources and assist with assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Lead and deliver interventions for pupils with additional needs
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external partners
