We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning journeys.

Working closely with class teachers, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils across a range of abilities, and helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality lessons
• Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom
• Lead learning activities and intervention sessions, including for pupils with additional needs
• Assist with classroom management, promoting a positive and productive learning environment
• Contribute to pupils’ social, emotional, and pastoral development
• Prepare learning materials and support the assessment and tracking of pupil progress
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
