About the Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the class teacher across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on delivering tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering dynamic and focused lessons.
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with planning and resource preparation.
• Monitor and track student progress.
• Support pupils with additional needs through bespoke interventions.
• Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour.
• Maintain strong communication with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
