They are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HLTA to join their collaborative team from November.
About the Role
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the class teacher across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on delivering tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering dynamic and focused lessons.
- Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with planning and resource preparation.
- Monitor and track student progress.
- Support pupils with additional needs through bespoke interventions.
- Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour.
- Maintain strong communication with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
