Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sale, who are seeking a dedicated and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where every pupil can succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning, classroom delivery, and follow-up activities
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL
• Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting classroom routines
• Building strong, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
• Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young learners
• A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills
• Patient, empathetic, and nurturing in their approach
• Qualified to Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) – desirable
