Level 3 Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Sale
A warm and welcoming primary school in Sale is partnering with Teaching Personnel to recruit a caring, proactive, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Assisting with lesson preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL
• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting effective classroom management
• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
