Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in Worsley that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils across the primary age range within a nurturing and inclusive school environment that values both pupil achievement and staff development.

The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across the school.
• Deliver intervention sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Lead pre-planned lessons and provide classroom cover when required.
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds HLTA status or has significant classroom experience.
• Has a passion for helping children succeed.
• Is confident leading learning activities independently.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Is organised, adaptable, and committed to safeguarding.
