About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will deliver targeted interventions, provide classroom support, and help foster an inclusive environment where pupils feel valued, confident, and motivated to succeed.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support across a range of year groups and curriculum areas
- Lead intervention sessions for individuals and small groups to boost pupil progress
- Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons
- Assist in monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil development
- Provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning, social, or emotional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage a supportive learning culture
- Build strong and effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
