Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Moston

A warm and welcoming primary school in Moston is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to appoint a caring, proactive, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your duties will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Assisting with lesson preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL
• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management
• Building meaningful, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
