Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School, Moston

A friendly and nurturing primary school in Moston is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a dedicated, proactive, and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing targeted one-to-one and small group support
• Assisting with planning, delivering, and reviewing lessons and learning activities
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEND and EAL
• Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management
• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who brings:

• Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
• A positive, enthusiastic approach and a genuine passion for education
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a caring, child-centred mindset
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), which is highly desirable
