Job description
Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexibility and variety in your working week? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled TAs to support primary schools with scheduled staff absences across the OL12 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, supporting pupils with their learning, development, and well-being in a range of settings. Whether you're looking for a better work-life balance, experience in different schools, or the chance to step back into education - this role could be perfect for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a primary school setting
- Confident supporting whole class, small groups, and 1:1
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
- Knowledge of safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
