L3 Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school that are looking for a dedicated TA to join their team to cover scheduled staff abesences in the Autumn term!
What We’re Looking For:
-
A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
-
Proven experience supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
-
Ability to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
-
Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
-
A positive, nurturing approach and a genuine love of helping children thrive
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils' learning through group work and 1:1 sessions
-
Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
-
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to support every child’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
