TA3

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the OL16 area? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable TA3s to support a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools on a day-to-day and short-term basis, with opportunities for longer-term placements available.

The Role:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Working with small groups or 1:1 to support learning and development

• Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment

• Supporting pupils with SEND or EAL as needed

• Helping with general classroom duties and maintaining a safe, nurturing space

About You:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience in a primary school setting

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A flexible and proactive approach to support

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
