Intervention Specialist in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for an Intervention Specialist to provide effective relief in schools in the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull area.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering quality teaching on a 1:1 or small group basis and be able plan lessons accordingly to deal with the individual needs of every pupil. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a calm temperament and a desire to help improve the lives of under performing pupils.
What we require for the role:
- The role will include a proactive approach to problem solving and dealing with specific needs effecting individual pupils.
- A readiness to enter into schools with difficult behavioural settings and challenging pupils
- A passion for teaching an enthusiasm for improving the prospects of struggling pupils
- A calm demeanour within the classroom and an approachable personality.
- A staunch commitment to child welfare.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
