Teaching Assistant
Job description

All our educators, receive extensive training to teach children with Autism to acquire skills and maximise independence in the areas of communication, academics, socialisation, self-management of behaviours and daily living skills.
This position provides an excellent entry to the field for people who are interested in early years/primary special education.
Position Requirements
- Applicants must be physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared for a challenging career experience.
- Must be bright, energetic individuals with a strong desire to work with young children.
- Candidates are required to complete the training we provide.
- They must complete and comply with training, policies, and procedures, especially those concerning the safeguarding, wellbeing and health and safety of the children in their care.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to give evidence of their settlement status.
- Candidates that have lived/worked abroad for more than 3 months in the last 6 years need to provide evidence of a criminal record check from the country (as per new legislation 2021).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
