Our client secondary school in the Scunthorpe area is looking for a strong, confident graduate to join them to work as a cover supervisor on a long term, full time basis. This school are looking for a graduate who can exercise good behaviour management skills within the classroom and ensure students stay on task.
The successful cover supervisor should therefore be motivated and flexible to work across departments and have a real passion for working with young adults at secondary school age.
Key highlights of the Cover Supervisor role:

The role of a cover supervisor is to deliver already set work to students within a classroom setting. The successful cover supervisor won't be expected to plan and mark within this role but will work across departments as the school require. There is also the possible opportunity to tutor students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, further gaining invaluable experience of educating students within the school environment.
