Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor - Multiple Positions Available
Location: Berkshire
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students? Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Assistant Roles:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with various learning needs.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.

Cover Supervisor Roles:
- Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Manage student behavior effectively and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher about the day's activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
