Position: Administrator
Location: Newbury Primary School
Pay: TO BE DISUSSED UPON APPOINTMENT
Hours: 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM (Monday to Friday )
Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining student records and school databases, particularly utilizing SIMS.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and students as needed.
- Manage correspondence, schedules, and appointments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations within the school environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
