English teacher needed for Tameside Secondary school to start at February half term.

Graded Good by Ofsted and with academic performance increasing the past 3 years this is an exciting opportunity for an English teacher looking for a new post. The post will be full time teaching English across KS3 and KS4 to the end of the academic year on a supply basis initially.

Large in size with over a 1000 pupils on role this is an exciting opportunity to work at a modern secondary school are looking for an English teacher to start straight away.

Academic performance has increased the past 3 years, English being just below the national average with 64% of students achieving at least 5 A*-C grades including Maths and English. The school has a large intake of students eligible for free school meals due to its diverse catchment area. Situated in the M34 post code the school is just off the M60 and M67.
