Cover Teacher

Do you have experience teaching in secondary schools and looking for a role with more flexibility and no responsibility of planning and marking?

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a cover teacher to work within our client secondary school based in Swinton.

As a cover supervisor, you will support schools throughout periods of staff absence and shortages by covering a range of classes across KS3 and KS4. You will follow pre-planned lessons and benefit from reduced responsibilities, with no planning or marking requirements.

• Must have strong behaviour management skills.
• Must have qualified teacher status (QTS)
• Earn between £130 - £160 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
• Must be available between 3-5 days a week
• Cover supervisor roles available for candidates without qualified teacher status

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
