Do you have experience working in Primary Schools? Do you have experience working with children with SEMH difficulties?
One of our client schools in the NG8 area of Nottingham are currently on the lookout for a behaviour mentor to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside pupils with SEMH and/or challenging behaviour, aiming to help combat disengaged behaviour through 1:1 and small group learning. This role will be full time, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent for somebody who excels in the role.
It is essential that applicants are confident, engaging and fully committed to promoting positive behaviour strategies at all times. You will also be required to liaise with class teachers and parents to ensure continued progress, therefore strong communication skills are also a must. The school are looking for somebody with experience in a similar role.
