KS2 Teacher required for Primary School in Stockport, SK6
A welcoming and vibrant Primary School in the Stockport, SK6 area are looking for a KS2 Teacher to start ASAP. This school are very proud of their pupil attainment and they have an excellent support system for all staff. They provide equal opportunities for all children and it is a wonderful School where respect and achievement is strongly valued. This Primary School is also very active and close to the local community and parents. It is an Ofsted graded “Good” school where the children are eager to learn and develop, full of ambition and excitement. It is a great environment in which to work with warm, welcoming staff with who have a clear vision of how they want to develop in the future.
The successful KS2 Teacher will be passionate and motivational in regards to raising children’s attainment and improving their development in an imaginative and fun manner.
The KS2 Teacher must have -
• Experience and skills in Jolly Phonics and Phonics using “Letters and Sounds
• Versatile skills, including an ability to deal with challenging behaviour with an encouraging and calming manner is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Additional languages that could support pupils with English as an additional language is desirable
• Experience in supporting children on a 1:1 basis
• Experience in providing small group Interventions and SAT Boosters
