Job description

Year 6 class teacher for Hartlepool

We require an experienced upper KS2 Teacher for a part time intervention teaching role to support Y6 pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis in preparation for the KS2 SATs.

The role will begin in September and will run until May, with potential for further teaching work across the school.

The ideal candidate must have strong subject knowledge for Literacy and Numeracy and will be able to differentiate activities for both lower and higher ability pupils.

Strong assessment skills are also a necessity for this position.

In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you a highly sought after candidate.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
