The school are looking for a fast thinking and dynamic teacher to help them in their quest to become an 'outstanding' school. A recent Ofsted report states that "members of staff always ensure that pupils flourish both socially and academically" - this is a part of the report that the school are particularly proud about. Due to the nature of the role the head teacher has requested that applicants must be able to undertake the full class teacher responsibilities including planning, marking and assessing the pupils. Although experienced teachers would be preferred, the school have not ruled out employing a NQT.
