Overview of the Role
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a 1 form entry Primary School in the Heart of Leylandd (PR25), the school are looking for a Y2 Teacher to start immediately four days per week. The class is very mixed ability therefore you will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support the children in the Class. This role is to start immediately covering an unexpected planned absence until Summer 2018 at least.
They are part of a local Cluster of Headteachers who meet regularly to share best practice. If all goes well with your placement, this Headteacher has assured me they will recommend you to other schools who are recruiting for permanent teachers.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a very stable staffing with experienced Teaching Assistants. The permanent Y2 Teacher has planned all of the work for the teacher stepping in and will be in contact with the school to offer any guidance! NQT's are welcome to apply for this role.

CPD courses include; Team Teach, Autism Awareness, PREVENT DUTY and Safeguarding and Child Protection Level 1 and 2.

Registering is efficient if you are able to provide two education based references from your two most recent employers and have a DBS Certificate on the Update Service. If you don't have a DBS on the update service we can help you obtain one.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
