Unqualified Supply Teacher
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor at our client secondary school in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The position will start in September 2025 and will run full time until the end of the year, in July 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
- Managing classroom behaviours and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Providing support to students with additional needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching and learning within the school.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
