KS1 Teaching Assistant - Hyde - to carry out interventions on a 1-1 basis/small groups
Are you passionate about help children achieve the best possible outcomes?
My client school based in Hyde is looking for an experienced and hard working Teaching Assistant to join their lovely KS1 support staff team. You will primarily be supporting to children in being at expected level of attainment upon leaving KS1. This is an average sized Ofsted rated 'Good' school where staff are committed to ensuring all children are provided with the best possible outcomes.
There is a real sense of community within the school staff know they are valued and children are happy. The school's vision is to allow its pupils to develop into adults with confidence and motivation. It aims for all children to progress academically and personally. 'Ambition for Excellence' is the school's motto equipping pupils with the right tools to embark into the world with high expectations and ambitions for themselves, is how the school intends to achieve this.
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
- Experience carrying out interventions
- Excellent Literacy and Maths skills
- Are able to work well within in a team
- Excellent knowledge of KS1 curriculum
