A "GOOD" School in the North East London (Chingford) area is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work 5 days a week from early in the Autumn Term. The school encourage their students to push the boundaries and by challenging them on a day to day basis, they believe they are able to progress more quickly.

The Role

Ideally you will have some TA experience of working with students with SEND and/or EAL, have excellent communication skills, be competent in English, Mathematics and ICT, and be willing to undertake specific training. Successful candidates may be required to run small group work with students with SEND and/or EAL. Excellent attendance and punctuality is essential for this role. Requirements;

  • Teaching Assistant Experience - Ideal
  • A Degree in any specialism (ideally Psychology, Sociology or Criminology) - Advantageous
  • SEN Experience - Ideal.
  • Experience working in a school or other education institute - Ideal
