Teaching Personnel are currently looking for enthusiastic, approachable and flexible support workers for roles in the Skegness. The Role will involve working on a 1:1 and small group basis with children and young people who have had some of the most challenging upbringings. The main part of your role will be to aid and support in the young peoples learning, education and enrichment however some aspects will involve deescalating and dealing with behaviours of an extreme nature.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills
- Previous experience supporting behaviours, i.e PRU, Youth and Community Work…
- Team Teach (desired but not essential)
- Calm and Approachable nature
- GCSE's of A to C in Maths and English
Your main focus will be ensuring the pupils in your care get the absolute most from their education as well as the life skills to enable them to transfer to adult life successfully.
