Full-Time Teaching Role – Starting September 2026
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, caring, and motivated person to join our team full-time from September 2026.
This is a really rewarding opportunity to work in a specialist setting, supporting children and young people with additional needs. You’ll play an important role in helping students build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential.
What you’ll be doing:

Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons

Creating a positive, calm, and supportive classroom environment

Working closely with a welcoming team and other professionals
-
Monitoring student progress and adapting your approach where needed

Supporting students’ social, emotional, and personal development
We’re looking for someone who:

Has a teaching qualification (or relevant experience)
-
Experience with additional needs is helpful, but not essential
-
Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
-
Is patient, understanding, and proactive
-
Is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
