Make a Difference Through Education – SEN Tutor Vacancies in Bournemouth

TP Tutors is currently recruiting Specialist SENa Tutors to provide high-quality, personalised educational support for learners across Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

Role Information

  • Area: Bournemouth and surrounding locations
  • Hours: Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities
  • Delivery: In-person tuition sessions

The Opportunity

Tutors will work closely with students who may require additional support because of Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, SEMH challenges, anxiety, or disrupted school attendance. Your guidance will help students re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging personalised lessons
  • Tailor educational activities to meet individual needs
  • Support students in developing confidence and independence
  • Communicate effectively with families and professionals
  • Maintain professional and supportive learning sessions
  • Travel to tutoring sessions across Bournemouth

Ideal Candidates

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people preferred
  • Applicants from education, mentoring, care, youth work, or tutoring backgrounds encouraged
  • Empathetic, organised, and reliable personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel locally for tuition sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
