Are you a Geography Teacher looking for a position in the Bacup area?
Are you keen to secure work starting from 19th February 2018?

Teaching Personnel are working with a school in the Bacup Area to recruit an Geography Teacher starting in from 19th February. One of the Teachers within the department has had to take a sudden absence and is currently due to be off through until Easter 2018. Although the position is initially through until the Easter break, it is possible that the position could be extended through until Summer.

The school is a smaller than average secondary school with approximately 500 pupils on roll. The school is looking for members of staff who are able to proactively manage behaviour and deal with challenging pupils.
A suitable candidate should be experienced with the new Geography specifications up to KS4. Candidates should ideally be familiar with the AQA specifications, however this is not essential.

Candidates considering applying for this role should:
- Have QTS and have completed their induction period
- Have recent experience teaching KS3/4 Geography
- Be available to start from 19th February
- Have experience working with challenging pupils
