Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible supply teaching in January and onwards for the remaining 2 terms?
Working with a number of secondary schools in the Warrington area, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit teachers who are available for supply teaching in this area. Working with a number of secondary schools in the Warrington and Wigan/Ashton-in-Makerfield area, supporting them with their short term day to day cover needs has generated the requirement of daily supply teachers who are looking for flexible work. As January nears, the requirement for supply teachers increases significantly and so any teachers due to be available are encouraged to apply for more information and immediate consideration.
Highlights of the supply teacher role:
- Competitive daily pay rate; earn up to GBP600 per week
- Fully flexible supply teaching at a number of secondary schools in the Warrington and Wigan areas
- Teach in a variety of secondary schools networking with teachers, senior leadership teams and consummate professionals
- Teach and cover across the subject, age and ability range with a number of schools asking for the same teachers back for continuity and consistency for their students
As a general supply teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you will benefit from regular day to day work in the areas of Warrington including Grappenhall, Sankey, Penketh, Birchwood and Culcheth as well as Wigan and Ashton-in-Makerfield. Teachers are asked to arrive at school between approximately 8:30am and finish at 3pm where you will cover lessons in a variety of subjects across the age range. As a qualified teacher you will be able to teach your own specific specialism but should be adaptable to cover in other subject matter.
- Consistent teaching where schools often ask for the same teachers back providing continuity
- Regular CPD opportunities with Teaching Personnel and access to an online diary and system providing full flexibility
As a general supply teacher, you will have full flexibility over being available on a full time or part time basis. This role is ideal for qualified teachers of any experience looking for as much work as that which suits the individual’s personal schedule.
Working with numerous secondary schools in the areas outlined above, requests are received both reactively and proactively from secondary schools. Depending on your availability, there are options to be given work on a morning or in advance in line with personal preference.
If you are a qualified teacher looking for general supply teaching work in the Warrington area then apply now for an immediate call back to register. Please apply advising on your preference and current situation and updated CV if possible.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
