Learning Support Assistant – Full Time (Term Time Only)
Location: Farnborough
Pay: £13.75 per hour
A welcoming specialist education setting in Farnborough is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team.
The role involves working with primary and secondary aged pupils with a range of additional learning and support needs, including autism and other vulnerabilities. Support may be provided one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils feel safe, confident, and engaged in their learning.
Applications are welcome from all levels of experience. Previous experience in childcare, education, or supporting vulnerable individuals would be beneficial, but a caring, patient, and reliable approach is most important.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
