Location: New Forest & surrounding areas

Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN and SEMH support staff to work within specialist schools and provisions across the New Forest area. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs.

We’re keen to hear from people with experience in SEN, SEMH, behaviour support, or care, as well as those with a strong interest in specialist education.

Roles Available:

  • SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant

  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

  • Behaviour Mentor

  • 1:1 Support Assistant

  • SEN Cover Supervisor

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Experience That’s Beneficial:

  • SEMH and behaviour needs

  • Autism (ASC) and ADHD

  • Trauma-informed or pastoral support

  • Speech & Language or complex learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
