Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Winchester. Whether you're looking for flexible supply work, part-time hours, or a longer-term role, we have opportunities to suit your skills and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Work 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to support learning and development

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (paid or voluntary)

• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for education and pupil development

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
