Learning Support Assistant – Winchester
Teaching Personnel are currently supporting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is seeking a new role in the Winchester area.
This experienced LSA is looking for a position working 1:1 with a child with autism, where they can provide consistent, patient and nurturing support to help the pupil thrive both academically and emotionally. They have a strong understanding of autism and are confident adapting support strategies to meet individual needs, working closely with class teachers and SEN staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
