Experienced Learning Support Assistant Available – Full-Time Role in Southampton

Teaching Personnel are currently working with an experienced Learning Support Assistant who is seeking a full-time position within a primary school in the Southampton area.

This dedicated LSA brings a wealth of hands-on experience supporting pupils across the classroom and in small-group or one-to-one settings. They are confident working with children with a range of additional needs and are skilled at adapting support to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.

Known for their calm, positive approach, this LSA works closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions, promote positive behaviour, and create an inclusive learning environment. They are proactive, reliable, and committed to supporting both academic development and emotional wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
