Learning Support Assistant
Aldershot | Start Date: ASAP
Full-time | Temporary (possibility of becoming permanent)
Are you a caring and motivated individual who’s passionate about helping children reach their potential? We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school based in Aldershot to give 1-1 support to KS1 & KS2 students with additional needs.
Hourly rate: £13.75.
Vetting checks will be required prior to interview process.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored support
- Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Encouraging children to be confident, resilient learners with high expectations
- Celebrating successes and helping children believe in themselves
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with primary aged children
- Is committed, enthusiastic, and nurturing
- Is a team player with excellent communication skills
- Has experience with primary children in a school-based setting
- Has a passion for education and the well-being of children
- Is confident supporting 1-1 and in small groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
