A well-regarded specialist school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.75.

The school supports children with a range of additional needs, providing a nurturing and structured environment tailored to their individual requirements. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting pupils with their learning and development, helping to create a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom and throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children with diverse educational, social, and emotional needs

• Assisting teaching staff in delivering tailored learning programs

• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering independence

• Helping with personal care and health needs where necessary

• Supporting children during activities both inside and outside the classroom

Relevant Experience:
Applicants with backgrounds in care work, healthcare, education, childcare, or nursery settings are encouraged to apply, as these experiences provide a strong foundation for this role.

Additional Information:
