SEN Teaching Assistants Required in Reading

A special school in Reading for students aged between 11 and 18 are currently looking for learning support assistants to join them. Pupils have a number of additional needs, mainly Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, Autism Spectrum Condition and Asperger's Syndrome. The school promotes good pastoral relationships between students and the staff team to support these complex needs.

The role could be a good oppurtunity for psychology graduates to build up some experience working with students with a variety of specific needs, or a great way for those looking for part-time work to work on a flexible basis.
