While the roles we are looking to recruit for are initially on a temporary basis, there is a possibility that long term positions could become forthcoming for the right candidate.
About the role:
Teaching Personnel pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of candidates to our client schools and always ensure that out staff are up to the task of making a difference within schools. The pupils that you could teach have educational levels ranging from P scales all the way through to GCSE, meaning a broad section of topics could be covered in your working day.
Your roles and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that the work you set is appropriately set out with the needs of students in mind. Classes can range in size from 6-14 pupils so flexibility will be essential.

- Handling challenging behaviour in a calm and collected way.
- Competitive rates of £110 - 140 per day (dependent on experience) paid on a weekly basis.
About you as the ideal candidate:
- Hold UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- You will ideally have previously worked with SEN children within a specialist SEN setting, but other relevant experience will be considered and should not be a prohibition to applying.
- You will have a clean driving license and your own transportation.
- You will be committed to the safe guarding of children.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to:
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Be able to provide two references from the last 6 years
We also offer a broad range of opportunities to work with secondary aged students and with students with a variety of different specialist needs. These include, but are not exclusive to, Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties, Physical Difficulties, hearing and visual impairments, Behavioural issues and Social, emotional and mental health issues.
If you fit the above criteria and are looking for a new exciting opportunity to further your career then please call Harry on 01482 908020
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
