Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
-
Proven experience of working with children and young people with SEND, ideally within a specialist or mainstream setting.
-
Strong understanding of individualised teaching approaches and relevant SEND strategies.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
-
Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children and young people achieve their potential.
-
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
Benefits
-
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
-
Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
-
Supportive leadership team and a collaborative working environment.
