Teaching Assistant
Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing, inclusive environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
Your Role:

Support pupils with learning activities under the direction of teaching staff.

Provide individualised support to meet students’ communication, sensory, and learning needs.

Foster positive relationships with pupils, promoting independence and confidence.
-
Assist with personal care and behaviour support when required (training provided).
-
Help maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

A caring and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEND.

Experience working in an educational or care setting (desirable, but not essential).
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and to the ethos and values of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
