Are you an SEN Teacher seeking work in September?

If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with an SEN School in Blackburn who are seeking a Teacher for a role starting ideally in September, however, the School can cover until October if need be. The role will require you to deliver a range of subjects, predominantly functional skills, however a basic understanding of most KS3/4 subjects will be expected.

The pupils in School have a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome and ODD. You will be expected to have strong classroom management skills as the pupils in School can often display fairly challenging behaviours.

The candidate must hold a teaching qualification and have experience delivering a range of lessons to KS3/4 pupils. You must be hard working, have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

* Negotiable pay rates £100-139 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
