Job description

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Tottenham

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Tottenham. This full-time position requires working 5 days a week and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in their academic and personal development
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
- Implementing individualized education plans and interventions as directed
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to students facing challenges
- Assisting with classroom activities and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere

Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting students with SEN
- Knowledge of special educational needs and relevant best practices
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
