I have recently visited a 'Good' Primary school in CH42 area of Wirral and met with the headteacher. The Ofsted Report dated March 2017 describes how 'The headteacher leads with passion and commitment. He is highly ambitious for the school and determined to provide the best education for all pupils who attend the school. The headteacher's determined pursuit of his clear long-term vision has resulted in pupils' outstanding personal development and behaviour. The behaviour of pupils is exemplary.
Having visited the school, it is apparent on entering that all staff promote a friendly and team based ethos.
The school are in the process of applying for funding so they can provide additional support to 2 pupils within KS1

Teaching Personnel have a high demand for Teaching Assistants to offer 1:1 support for pupils from EYFS - KS2 with severe Emotional, Social, Mental Health and Behavioural Difficulties.
We support a range of schools across Wirral, who caters for students who have been excluded or are in the process of being excluded and require additional support.
You must have experience supporting students who can display very challenging behaviour.
Teaching Personnel also recruit candidates who have undertaken youth work, supported young offenders or those at risk of re-offending and those who have worked in secure or medical units. You must have the ability to build a rapport with a non-judgemental attitude and be passionate about improving the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work on a supply basis initially whilst we seek a longer term opportunity for you. Longer term opportunities usually arise quickly for those candidates who show initiative, are proactive and receive positive feedback from their supply assignments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
