About the Opportunity:

This unique teacher training course offers an alternative pathway to achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), providing a dynamic and hands-on experience tailored for graduates interested in teaching Maths. We are specifically seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Course Overview:

Successful candidates will join the school in September 2024 and immerse themselves in the teaching profession for the entire academic year, under the guidance of experienced mentors. Here's what the course entails:

  • Teaching Maths for 4.5 days a week, allowing for real classroom experience
  • Friday afternoon sessions for reflection and mentor feedback
  • Completion leading to full UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
