The primary school in Oldham are working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a behaviour support teaching assistant to support in year 2. The pupil has social and emotional needs which has led to challenging behaviour in the classroom. The successful candidate will have experience with challenging behaviour de-escalating challenging situations and using diversion techniques to resolve potential situations.

The school is looking for somebody who is hard-working, passionate about raising pupil’s attainment, works well in their friendly, sociable team and is highly dependable. The right candidate will be motivational and respond to the needs of the pupil while ensuring they learn, are engaged and motivated.
