Exciting Opportunity: School Administration Roles in Orrell, Wigan!
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Administrative Assistants to join a thriving school in Orrell, Wigan. If you're looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties, including answering phone calls and emails
- Supporting the school’s administration team with student records and data entry
- Assisting with maintaining schedules and managing appointments
- Helping with the preparation and organization of school events and activities
- Communicating effectively with staff, parents, and visitors
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
- Previous experience in a school or office environment is desirable, but not essential
- A positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping others
