Teaching personnel are recruiting a talented Psychology teacher available for a full-time position at one of our client schools in Durham.
The Role
- Full-time Psychology teacher required from April 2024.
- £30,000 - £46,525 salary depending on experience
- It is essential you have experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Teaching a full timetable across KS3 and KS4
- Any experience with challenging behaviour or transferrable skills is highly valued
Key responsibilities
- Planning, preparing and delivering Psychology lessons to accommodate pupils at varying levels of learning.
- Use an appropriate range of observation, assessment, monitoring and recording strategies as a basis for setting challenging learning objectives for pupils of all backgrounds
- Promote positive behaviour management in line with school behaviour policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
