Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a PE teacher who is available from the 12th of April until the end of the academic year with a daily rate if GBP138 -180. Our larger secondary school in the Cardiff (CF3 Area) are looking for a confident teacher who can undertake classes of 30 pupils at one time and work on a full-time basis.

Our school are two years into their newly built school and are very excited to show the facilities that they can offer to a new member of the faculty. With the addition of 5G football pitches, rugby pitches, a large gym and sports halls available to you to help enhance your lessons. As well as the sports facilities available you will be given access to learning rooms, classrooms with interactive whiteboards and ICT suites throughout.

The Ideal PE Teacher –

-          Relevant PE Teaching experience

-          NQT or QTS

-          Available on a full-time basis

-          Can start April 12th until July

-          Supported KS3 and KS4 pupils previously

You will be expected to teach classes of KS3 and KS4 pupils throughout with the responsibility of a KS4 form class. Supporting your KS4 pupils throughout their GCSE assessments to finish of the year, due to COVID exams have been changed this year. Supporting graded assessments and assessing your pupils progress will be vital to award the qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
